FINANCIAL:
| Develop a strategy for becoming a leader in the Financial Community |
| Develop a strategy to assure solvency of Mortgage Lenders and helping families keep their homes |

| Work with largest employers in the State and Region to keep workers employed |
| Expand jobs in fields of: Education, Technology, Health Care, Manufacturing and Agriculture |
| Put in place safeguards that protect workers from losing: wages, benefits and jobs |
| Limit Liability Settlements to cut insurance costs (Focus on: ex. Actual costs incurred, loss of income) |
| Find ways to cut health care costs for businesses (more options for health care, tiered coverage system, etc.) |
| Give back to Businesses, Farmers, Workers more control

| Promote Care Groups and Training for Returning Veterans and their families to get back to a normal life |

* Counseling to help them understand that the because of the experiences they've had on duty, their outlook and reactions will be different and what to expect
* Health Care that is up to date with their "ailments" and will see that they continue to receive the needed care as long as it is needed
